Re-delivery is chargeable at $20, subject to other surcharge if applicable.

Delivery will carry out as according to delivery time slot;

Any late changes will not be entertained.

SPECIFIC/EXACT HOUR DELIVERY
Our commitment to delivery is always to strive to make delivery on that confirmed delivery day either morning or afternoon (9-12noon, 1-5pm). This is to enable you to enjoy the cookies or cupcakes objectively.
We’re unable to commit on exact hour of delivery time, simply because we’ve island-wide delivery to fulfill daily.
However, if you’ve SPECIFIC TIME/ EXACT HOUR DELIVERY that is absolutely necessary to fulfill, we can make an arrangement for external assistance for a nominal fee of $20 (on top of $15 delivery fee if applicable). Let us know in advance.

Restricted Areas
There is no service to restricted areas and off-shore islands.
Delivery
Delivery is considered fulfilled if delivery is carried out to the given address. Even if being turned away, or customer is not in, or the address given is found to be incorrect, or that the customer has moved.
Re-delivery or Redirection on the second attempt back to the recipient is chargeable and we reserve the right to accept or refuse.

Take note: Due to the delicate nature of our products, we exercise care in delivering these fresh cupcakes and cookies to you, so that they will reach you well, fresh and intact.
We cannot guarantee on-time delivery due to unforeseen circumstances along a delivery route. To ensure drivers’ safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. Margaretcookies shall not be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
P/s: We would like to extend no delivery costs on low minimum quantity so that you can taste our products at your convenience. We shall update the status of free delivery on minimum quantity.

Order Processing
Booking order lead time min 7 working days subject to baking schedule loading.

Late/Urgent/Expedite order
Surcharge for Late/Urgent/Expedite order will be included if accepted by MargaretCookies.
A 20% surcharge applies.

Full payment is required for Late/Urgent/Expedite order before order can be processed.

Deposit required
For normal order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for confirmed orders, failure to do so will mean that the order will not be processed. A customer signed quotation may be required depending on amount.

No sample policy
No sample request for order.

Cancellation policy
Should you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, our cancellation policy on top of deposit (if any) is as follows:
Cancelled within 3 weeks of the delivery date 20% of the total order value will become payable
Cancelled within 2 weeks of the delivery date 30% of the total order value will become payable
Cancelled within 1 week of the delivery date 40% of the total order value will become payable
Cancelled within 3 days of the delivery date 50% of the total order value will become payable
Cancellation is not recognized until we have confirmed receipt of your correspondence.
CANCELLATION – No cancellation of any Order shall be accepted unless we accept your cancellation.

The company reserve the right to refuse or accept an order.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders for reason at our discretion.
No order shall be deemed to be accepted unless confirmation in writing by the Company official quotation.
At our own discretion, the company can impose conditions prior to accepting order.
The company reserves the right to place company name or website on product packaging and labels/cards..
The Company reserves the right to vary without notice any price listed or quoted.

PAYMENT
We accept COD, Paypal, Visa, Master & Amex.
Payment method either by:
COD (cash or cheque) or
PayPal (paypal ac. or credit cards)
If you choose to pay by PayPal or credit cards, we will send you a request payment by email and you can click and pay.

COD Policy
Payment must be made in full on delivery of order.
All goods supplied remain the property of Margaret Cookies if full payment is not received on delivery. We reserve the right to hold or cancel the order. If cancel, no refund of deposit and cancellation policy will apply.

 

No shop outlet yet
Margaret’s cookies & cupcakes focus only on online sales, this is to be cost effective.Therefore we do not have an outlet for self-collection.

Due to the delicate nature of cupcakes & cupcakes, we always exercise care in delivering these fresh cupcakes and cookies to you, so that they will reach you well, fresh and intact!
We avoid using contract courier services which may compromise on the end result you have to bear.
We provide personal hand delivery!

TO ENSURE FRESHNESS, our cupcakes are always baked fresh and packed just before delivery. Our cookies are stored in quality-checked airtight tubs. We use the most trusted type of tub, traditionally known for its full-proved seal for freshness, these tubs have been trusted for years to provide freshness in the product.
